Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We do provide trial versions for most of our products which are functionally the same as the full version, only with limitations. It’s advisable that our customers try the trial version first to see if the software does what they need before purchasing. To get more information on the trial version limitations, we have them listed on the downloading page of each product. You can also select the product on the Support Center form and select Free Trial under How do I use the program, it will also show you the free trial limitations for the product.
Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled via payment platforms, once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. Reference our refund policy for what can be done.
